Welcome to LGBT Phiz, a private and secure online community exclusively for members of the LGBTQ+ community. By accessing or using our site, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, you are not permitted to access the site.

1. Membership Requirements
   
   1. Community-Only Access: This site is exclusively for LGBTQ+ individuals and Allies. Any non-community supportive members are not permitted to join.
      
      
   2. Verification and Vetting: All members must undergo a strict verification and vetting process to confirm their identity and alignment with the LGBTQ+ community.
      
      
   3. Prohibited Accounts: Individuals who misrepresent themselves during the vetting process or violate the terms of membership will have their accounts permanently banned. Any attempt to create additional accounts will result in immediate removal.
      
      
   4. Age Requirement: The minimum age to register on LGBT Phiz is 13 years, in compliance with applicable laws, including German regulations regarding minor participation.
      
      
2. Privacy and Security
   1. Restricted Access: LGBT Phiz is currently publicly accessible but may eventually be exclusively accessible through the dark web and employs robust security measures to ensure privacy and anonymity for all members.
      
      
   2. Internal Viewing Only: No external viewing of content or profiles is permitted. All site content is accessible only to vetted members.
      
      
   3. Monitoring for Safety: While we value privacy, monitoring of site activity is conducted to maintain a safe environment and uphold community guidelines. Members must be mindful that minors are present on the platform. Therefore, all content, including posts, images, and language, must be appropriate for a diverse audience.
      
      
3. Code of Conduct
   1. Zero Tolerance for Bigotry: Any form of discrimination, harassment, or bigotry—including homophobia, transphobia, biphobia, ableism, or any other exclusionary behavior—is strictly prohibited.
      
      
   2. Inter-Community Respect: Members are expected to respect all identities within the LGBTQ+ spectrum. Any divisive behavior, hate speech, or attacks against other members of the community will result in immediate and permanent removal.
      
      
   3. Safe Space Commitment: Members must contribute to creating and maintaining a safe and supportive environment for all.
      
      
   4. NSFW Content Policy:
      1.  All NSFW content MUST be properly tagged using #NSFW.
         1. Failure to tag NSFW content correctly will result in an account report and subsequent ban.
         2. Users acknowledge that improperly tagged NSFW content may not be filtered out, and LGBT Phiz cannot guarantee complete content moderation.
         3. Any user who repeatedly fails to tag NSFW content properly will be permanently banned.
         4. Graphic or language-sensitive posts should be appropriately marked to ensure a safe experience for all members, including minors.
            
            
4. Violations and Enforcement
   
   
   1. Immediate Ban: Violators of the Terms and Conditions will be promptly removed and permanently banned from the site. Any form of bigotry, predatory behavior, or harm to minors will result in instant banning and reporting to local authorities.
      
      
   2. Account Monitoring: Banned individuals attempting to rejoin the site will have their new accounts instantly deactivated.
      
      
   3. Reporting: Members are encouraged to report any violations of these terms. Reports will be investigated promptly and thoroughly.
      
      
5. Limitations of Liability
   LGBT Phiz is not liable for any harm resulting from member interactions or content posted on the site. Users engage with the site at their own discretion.
   The site’s administrators and staff reserve the right to remove content or accounts that violate these Terms and Conditions without prior notice.
   
   
6. Amendments
   These Terms and Conditions may be updated from time to time. Members will be notified of significant changes, and continued use of the site constitutes agreement to the revised terms.
